All replication prompt, and reason strong,"Too good to last," Anne told herself with a little sigh, on the September day when a certain nip in the wind and a certain shade of intense blue on the gulf water said that autumn was hard by.

observatoriodevino.com"Ulysses? I've read of him. Yes, that's just how I feel--jest how all us old sailors feel, I reckon. I'll die on land after all, I s'pose. Well, what is to be will be. There was old William Ford at the Glen who never went on the water in his life, 'cause he was afraid of being drowned. A fortune-teller had predicted he would be. And one day he fainted and fell with his face in the barn trough and was drowned. Must you go? Well, come soon and come often. The doctor is to do the talking next time. He knows a heap of things I want to find out. I'm sorter lonesome here by times. It's been worse since Elizabeth Russell died. Her and me was such cronies."
Updated 1st August, 15:44 PM: Blitz Breaker is finally available to purchase on the App Store for £2.29/$2.99.
Get it for your iPhone or iPad now.

I knew it'd be worth staying late in the office this evening. Today at Google's I/O 2016 conference, the company revealed what was next for virtual reality: a new mobile head-mounted display that's compatible with a wide range of smartphone handsets.

Google have introduced Google Daydream, a step forward from the company's efforts with Google Cardboard, and instead comparable to the Samsung and Oculus Vr effort the Gear VR.

Of course, while the Gear will only work with high end Samsung phones, Daydream has the advantage that it'll work with a variety of different phones. Instead of an artificial limit, Google will be opting for a recommended specification, "Daydream ready", which will indicate the phone's readiness for VR shenanigans.

Just like with the Gear and the Google Cardboard the smartphone will work both as the visual processor and the screen for the device and is mounted on the front of the headset. The HMD will also come packaged with a controller as standard, a wireless device that features a touchpad and 3D motion detection.

Here's a photo.

It won't have positional tracking but will be able to detect movement in a system not entirely dissimilar to that seen with Nintendo's Wiimotes. A standardised input for the platform could make developing for it easier, but it's something we'll have to see when the first headset's start to ship, a date Google suggested could come in "fall", whatever that means. Just give us a month guys, come on.

Google I/O runs for another two days, and I'm sure we'll find out more about the company's VR plans over the next few days.

Pokemon Masters has a new event that will run from today until September 17th called Double Trouble. It acts an in-game tie-in with the upcoming movie Pokemon Coco and sees players attempting to save a Shiny Celebi from Team Break.

At least, that's what the player is trying to do, but along the way, they'll join forces with Team Rocket's infamous trio Jessie, James and Meowth, who naturally want to snag the Celebi for their leader Giovanni. Throughout the various battles, you'll be able to fight alongside Jessie, who is joined by her original partner Arbok.

Once you've cleared the main story portion of the event, you'll be able to unlock Jessie & Arbok as a permanent Sync Pair in your roster for free. They're a 3-Star Strike duo with Poison typing and a weakness to Ground moves. Once you've completed the story section, there will be a few extra battles to beat that will net players a few Gems and training items.

In terms of moves, Arbok has access to Acid and Poison Jab for damage and Dire Hit to increase its critical hit chance. Finally, he also has a move called Blast Off! which removes any status conditions, sharply raises its Attack and Special Attack but lowers both its defences. Meanwhile, his passive ability, Toxic Power 5, increases the power of an attack if the target is afflicted with poison.

DeNA has also pointed out that because of COVID-19, they have been unable to record English voice acting for the Team Rocket trio. They do intend to add this in at a later date, however.

Pokemon Masters is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
Looking for a more traditional RPG experience on your phone? Here are 25 of the best available for iPhone and iPad
